Ecommerce Coordinator – Shopify (3-Month Contract | ₱35K | WFH)

Cebu City | WFH (Anywhere in the Philippines) | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | Monday–Friday

You own the maintenance and curation of a high-volume Shopify storefront, ensuring every product, collection, and promotion is executed with precision to maximize sales. You operate as the technical and operational bridge between merchandise, marketing, and operations to keep the digital presence synchronized with brand objectives.

This is a role for a disciplined executor who enjoys the machine of eCommerce—bulk updates, data accuracy, and systematic site maintenance. You thrive in a structured environment where success is measured by the accuracy of your listings, the timing of your promotions, and your ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3+ years of proven experience managing Shopify or similar enterprise-level eCommerce platforms
• Hands-on responsibility for product creation, collection curation, and bulk data updating
• Experience with image editing tools and utilizing AI (ChatGPT) for content generation
• Working knowledge of digital marketing pillars including SEO, paid search, and email marketing
• Willingness to work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT and a dedicated WFH environment with stable internet

Strong Signals

• Experience with Australian-based eCommerce brands
• Advanced proficiency in Shopify-specific apps and bulk editing tools
• Background in retail or household goods sectors

Responsibility Pillars

Shopify Site Maintenance

You own the integrity of the digital storefront, ensuring the catalog is accurate, functional, and optimized for conversion.

• Manage, curate, and maintain products and collections
• Execute bulk updates to ensure data consistency across the site
• Create product listings including descriptions, specs, and image placement

Promotion & Campaign Execution

You translate marketing strategies into functional site features to drive revenue.

• Set up and manage discounts, banners, and promotional collections
• Align product availability with current paid social and search activities
• Coordinate with buying teams to enable or disable products based on stock and strategy

Cross-Functional Operations

You ensure the eCommerce department functions as a cohesive unit with the rest of the business.

• Sync with Marketing and Merchandise teams to meet in-store timelines
• Perform image editing in line with established company brand guidelines
• Provide surge support to customer service teams during peak promotional periods
