eCommerce Catalog Merchandiser

What are we looking for:

Multiplymii is in search of an eCommerce Catalog Merchandiser who will be working with our client based in the United States. Our client is a leading gaming furniture brand leveraging decades of expertise in office furniture. Their products are forged for all-day comfort for content creators, professional and casual players, or anyone looking to upgrade their setup.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products are displayed in the most attractive and effective way possible on reselling partners websites. You will also be working closely with the Director of Sales in creating and managing demand-driving sales campaigns such as sales promotions, sponsored ads, and/or keyword placement.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is goal-oriented, analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative. You must also possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

• Create and manage product listings in key digital sales channels.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving sales and profitability.
• Propose content modifications to enhance product searchability based on keyword research.
• Collaborate with internal team and Director of Sales to develop product positioning and promotion strategies.
• Conduct competitor research and analysis to stay informed about the industry trends and best practices.
• Monitor consumer website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and overall conversion rate.
• Coordinating with IT to maintain EDI connections with reselling partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as product labeling and consumer protection laws.

About You:

Core qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce Catalog or related roles
• Possess excellent analytical skills to secure maximum sales opportunity and maximize company profitability.
• Experienced in selling through popular e-commerce reselling partners and firsthand experience working in the related trading partners portals (2-3 years in Amazon Vendor Central experience required)
• Experienced in building and maintaining product detail pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience building SEO strategies
• Proficient communication and project management skills, team player and ability to multi-task required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in product listings, pricing, and other details
• Ability to manage a budget/goal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, and work creatively to solve problems.
• Required to work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Excellent communication skills
