Job Description:

We are looking for a talented E-commerce Assistant who can communicate and interact directly with our customers through social media and e-commerce platforms. Your role is to build successful, long-term relationships with customers by delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations.

You will:

Handle customer concerns on e-commerce and social media sites

Process and track online orders, manage returns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery

Address and resolve customer queries promptly

Recommend strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Uphold and exemplify DEG's core values in all interactions

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or College Degree in any related course

12 years of experience in e-commerce or customer service

Knowledge of e-commerce operations

Strong empathy for customers

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized
