The Owned Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, activations, and profitability across DITO's owned digital channelsDITO App and DITO eShop. This role will oversee sales strategy, campaign execution, and channel performance management, while ensuring seamless integration of new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives. The position requires strong leadership to manage a team of specialists (App Sales, eShop Sales, and Campaign Support) and effective collaboration with product, marketing, and platform teams to maximize business growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Define and execute sales strategies for DITO App and DITO eShop to achieve revenue, acquisition, and profitability targets.
Drive channel-specific promotions, pricing, and bundling initiatives to boost conversions and customer engagement.
Align sales initiatives with product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution on both platforms.
Performance Management
Monitor performance for App and eShop sales, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
Lead weekly and monthly reviews to analyze sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
Identify gaps and propose actionable improvement plans for sales funnel and user journey optimization.
Campaign & Marketing Support
Oversee campaign execution with the support of the marketing specialist, ensuring timely go-to-market for promos and product offers.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product, and Platform teams to ensure campaigns are effectively promoted across digital touchpoints.
Team Management & Development
Lead and coach a team of specialists (eShop Sales, App Sales, and Marketing Campaign).
Allocate resources, provide direction, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support team members professional growth through guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product teams for new launches and offers.
Partner with Platform and Technology teams to ensure system readiness and smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with Finance and Operations for pricing approvals, revenue tracking, and process efficiency.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver regular performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize channel performance and profitability.
Contribute to forecasting and budget planning for owned channels.
