Ecommerce and Bookkeeping Assistant

Role Description

We are representing a client looking for a part-time remote role for an assistant, which may increase into a full time role within the next few months. The client is based in the UK and you will be required to work during UK working hours day.

The role initial will be 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

The Ecommerce and Bookkeeping Assistant will provide bookkeeping support (receipts, expenses, transactions) inside either quickbooks or xero, and also support with the running of a shopify ecommerce store (product merchandising, customer support). Further research tasks and other assistance with projects will be needed to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support the founder effectively.

Our client is a food event business, we're looking for someone who loves food, and knows a lot about international food also.

Qualifications

• Very strong English language skills
• Experience using shopify
• Experience using quickbooks or xero for expense management / bookkeeping
• Loves food
• Knowledge and prior experience of customer service best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
