Drive online sales and engagement by managing Shopify stores, digital marketing, and customer interactions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator (VA) with extensive experience managing Shopify retail and wholesale websites. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing skills, exceptional written English, and the ability to manage content, campaigns, and customer engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can independently handle ecommerce operations, merchandising, analytics, and social media, ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage two Shopify stores (retail & wholesale), including product updates, collection launches, and discount or bundle setup.
  • Handle merchandising, tagging, SEO updates, and overall product organization.
  • Upload and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including reels and captions.
  • Respond to customer emails, product reviews, social media comments, and direct messages in brand tone.
  • Perform daily ecommerce reporting and monitor app analytics (Upcart, After Sell, Klaviyo) following provided templates.
  • Set up wholesale customers with access to password-protected wholesale portals.
  • Support general e-commerce and digital marketing administrative tasks.
  • Assist with sales campaigns, promotional events, and ongoing content updates in Shopify.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with hands-on Shopify management.
  • Highly proficient in Shopify features, including product updates, merchandising, collections, discounts, and promotions.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and product feeds.
  • Exceptional written English skills for professional customer communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience managing social media content, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences.
  • Available long-term with significant overlap to AEST/AEDT business hours preferred.
