Your Role
The ECC Auto Unit Head is responsible for supervises and monitors Collection and Payment activities of Auto Early Bucket Collection from Active to P2 accounts, ensuring overall performance of the team will contribute to the set targets.
Your Impact
Accountability:
1.Executes a fair and an equitable assignment of workloads with accordance to prescribed Time Lines;
2.Monitors assigned tasks of members in the following manner;
3.Implements Collection Programs and Action Plans to achieve desired ratio in leakage, push back to Active status
4.Review and submission of one-time assignment for field visit at the beginning of the month to Preventive Team
5.Attendance in meetings involving/ requiring ECC Auto activities and issues
6.Reviews and recommends parameters set in the sending of SMS Notification and Demand Letters
7.Profiles accounts for early calls/ reminders (B-score, ADA, High Balance, Newly booked and depleted checks) daily and assigns to P1 collectors
8.Provides weekly performance monitoring and regular tracking of productivity
Supporting Actions/Activities
1.Use LCM as monitoring tool. 100% touching of accounts for early calls are required and monitored.
2.Ensures that all reportorial requirements are properly and timely prepared;
3.Ascertain adherence to the approved Bank policies and MORB of BSP in performing collection functions/activities at all times.
4.Downloads the x-days/ daily flow-ins from Conso and assigns to collectors.
5.Ensure that collectors have their account assignments, monitor development of collection based on prescribed leakage rates
6.Review works prepared by Team Leader and endorse for approval such as waiver of penalty, manual debit, deferment and other request for implementation based on Matrix/ OM
7.Provides assistance to ECC Head in the formulation of plans and strategies
