Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
eBay Account Manager to set up, manage, and grow a full eBay account. The ideal candidate will have at least
3 years of hands-on experience managing eBay stores, including listing optimization, inventory management, order processing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain an eBay account, ensuring it meets all platform standards.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts.
- Manage daily order processing, shipping, and returns.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Use Excel to track, report, and analyze performance data effectively
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing eBay accounts.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of eBay policies, best practices, and marketplace trends
