The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be based in Manila, responsible for supporting the Early Careers
recruiting teams in North America and UK&I. This will include the following responsibilities:
• Develop and cultivate relationships with campus careers services and initiate activities on campus
to promote company
• Support university/ schools recruiting activities at target universities/ schools including
scheduling, planning, and logistics
• Order event materials through shipment vendor; track return materials; point of contact for reps
with shipping questions
• Create early careers job requisitions in Recruitment management system
• Enter all events in our Yello event planning database
• Post and maintain jobs with universities and other external job boards
• Update records in our applicant tracking system; decline unsuccessful candidates
• Organize email blast campaigns promoting company events
• Send follow up emails after events to registered students
• Maintain and update program documents
• Administrative tasks for Insights programs
• Send and track event feedback survey responses; analysis of data
• Create and manage sourcing campaigns in databases (i.e., Handshake)
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for grads
• Coordination and triage of candidate queries for recruiters to review and respond to
• Create online assessment centres from pre-defined agenda in TopScore (any other online software)
o Gathering stats of partner performance
o Maintaining inventory calendars and usage vs inventory purchased
The Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting support
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral in English.
• Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service internally and externally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as an expert in administrative duties
• Effectively juggle multiple, competing, and changing priorities
• Proficiency in office software (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with candidate
management systems
• Ability to embrace change, show flexibility and agility when working on new or unplanned projects.
• Working shift will be 4:00 pm – 1:00 am PHT
