The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be based in Manila and provide recruitment coordination and administrative support to Early Careers recruiting teams across North America and the UK & Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with university and campus career services and support activities that promote early-career opportunities.
- Support university and school recruitment activities, including event scheduling, planning, coordination, and logistics.
- Coordinate event materials, including shipment arrangements, tracking, and inventory management.
- Create early-career job requisitions in the recruitment management system.
- Maintain recruitment and event information in relevant event planning and candidate management systems.
- Post and maintain job opportunities across universities and external job boards.
- Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and process candidate status updates.
- Organize and support email campaigns promoting recruitment and campus events.
- Send follow-up communications to students and candidates following recruitment events.
- Maintain and update program documentation, trackers, and recruitment materials.
- Provide administrative support for early-career insight and recruitment programs.
- Send, track, and analyze event feedback surveys and prepare relevant data.
- Create and manage candidate sourcing campaigns through recruitment platforms and databases.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for graduate candidates when required.
- Coordinate and triage candidate inquiries, ensuring queries are properly routed to recruiters for review and response.
- Create and coordinate online assessment centers using predefined agendas and relevant assessment platforms.
- Monitor partner performance, track activity statistics, and maintain inventory calendars, including usage versus purchased capacity.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth delivery of early-career recruitment programs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment coordination/support.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong internal and external customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing, and changing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and candidate management systems is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle new, changing, or unplanned projects.
- Strong coordination and administrative skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
