Early Careers and Corporate Communications Intern

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a proactive Early Careers Program and Corporate Communications Intern under Human Resources, who will support intern recruitment and engagement initiatives. In this role, you will experience assisting in candidate screening and coordination, helping organize and implement employee engagement programs, and contributing to the development of internal communication materials.

Internal Communications Key Responsibilities:

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in creating internal communication materials, including event announcements, campaigns, and training infographics.
• Support logistics and administrative tasks for internal events and communication projects.

Early Careers Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in screening, coordinating, and tracking past, current, and prospective intern candidates.
• Support internship program activities, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain accurate intern-related records for reporting and program monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Communication, Business Management, or other related fields
• Has strong analytical, project management, and creative skills
• Proficient in Canva or other editing software
• Has excellent communication skills and can adapt quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Can work for a minimum of 3 months starting 15 April 2026.
• Can work on-site 2-3 times a week
• Can work from home 2-3 times a week
