Job Description

About the role: We are looking for Early Career/Campus Recruiter who will support UK & Ireland recruitment programs. Work Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (1-2x a week RTO)

Work Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable depending on performance and client needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early careers hiring, including application screening and video interview reviews.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person assessment centres, including scheduling, candidate communications, logistics, and operational support.
  • Facilitate candidate welcome sessions and support assessment centre activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, update recruitment systems, and communicate assessment outcomes, offers, and feedback.
  • Support candidate attraction initiatives through virtual recruitment events and employer branding activities.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries and supporting webinars, onboarding, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the UK & Ireland recruitment teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations across multiple programs.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient management of recruitment processes while handling high-volume hiring activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experiencein full-cycle recruitment, preferably supporting campus or early careers hiring in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); exposure to HireVue and ORC is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
