E-commerce Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks across operations, marketing, and e-commerce support.

Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry

- Assist with marketing-related tasks (content support, basic campaigns, uploads, etc.)

- Edit photos for marketing and online use

- Conduct online research and organize findings

- Manage and update Shopify (product listings, descriptions, website updates, basic troubleshooting)

- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- At least 1 year of Shopify management experience

- Familiarity with simple photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

- Basic marketing knowledge and willingness to learn
