Job Description

Principal E-commerce UX/UI - Conversion Rate Optimization & Performance Design (Supplement and Wellness Brands) (Full-Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-velocity, data-obsessed leader to spearhead growth for our portfolio of high-growth digital brands. In this role, you will own the end-to-end digital experience, directly architecting the full conversion funnel from first-click landing pages to lifecycle email touchpoints. A significant portion of your portfolio will include clinically backed supplement and wellness brands, requiring an understanding of how to translate complex scientific data into high-converting, compliant, and trustworthy user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CRO Strategy: Own the optimization roadmap, running continuous A/B and multivariate tests to maximize conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Architect High-Converting Landing Pages: Design, build, and optimize dedicated direct-response landing pages (advertorials, VSL pages, long-form sales pages) designed specifically to convert paid traffic for supplement products.
  • Optimize Lifecycle & Campaign Emails: Design and structure high-converting email layouts, flows, and promotional campaigns that drive immediate retention and win-back revenue.
  • Elevate UX/UI Design: Design and deploy high-fidelity, mobile-first interfaces that fuse aesthetic excellence with frictionless checkout experiences.
  • Translate Science into UX: Build consumer trust for clinically backed supplement products by transforming complex medical/scientific data into digestible, high-converting digital assets.
  • Leverage Next-Gen Tech: Utilize cutting-edge AI design tools, advanced heatmapping, behavioral analytics, and modern experimentation platforms to gain rapid consumer insights.
  • Execute at Pace: Thrive in a high-velocity sprint environment, moving projects from hypothesis to deployment rapidly without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience in E-commerce CRO, UX/UI design, and digital funnel architecture.
  • Funnel Mastery: Proven success building high-converting landing pages and retention-driven email templates that directly impact revenue.
  • Market Expertise: Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands within the US and North American markets.
  • Industry Background: Direct experience in the Health, Wellness, Nutraceutical, or D2C Supplement space is highly preferred.
  • Tech Stack: Mastery of modern experimentation, email, and landing page tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Revo, Unbounce, Shogun, Optimizely, GA4, Shopify Plus, Figma, and AI-driven asset generators).
