The E-Commerce Supervisor supervises and improves the digital presence of BENCH/ and Secret Fresh in the online ecosystem. This role involves creating consumer-facing content strategies, managing website product selection to protect brand integrity, and performing high-level analysis to generate actionable reporting. The Supervisor serves as the strategic and operational lead for the assigned brands across all digital storefronts.
Job Role
- Platform Management: Responsible for all brand official store-related matters on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
- Account & Stakeholder Management: Act as the lead point of contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brand principals, and internal teams.
- Campaign & Sales Planning: Propose and execute strategic sales plans for campaigns and mega-sale dates based on the size, inventory health, and visibility of the brands.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Forecast, track, and analyze key metrics (KPIs) across various platforms; prepare performance reports for top management to guide future planning and achieve sales goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between cross-functional internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Warehousing) to ensure timely and successful delivery of e-commerce solutions and promotions.
- Content & Merchandising Oversight: Supervise product listing quality, pricing accuracy, and virtual merchandising strategies implemented by the assistant.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience in E-Commerce platform operations (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop).
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in data extraction, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics tools to optimize brand performance and improve operational process flows.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, adaptable, punctual, an overall team player with strong leadership qualities, excellent attention to detail, and good people skills.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino; must be confident in presenting data and strategies to top executives.
