Job Summary
The E-Commerce Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sip2Glow and online shops. This position focuses on backend shop managementensuring product listings, campaigns, and vouchers are properly set up and optimized. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and achieve campaign performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Shop Management & Backend Operations
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor shop performance metrics, stock availability, and order accuracy
- Ensure proper categorization and tagging of products to enhance shop visibility and conversion
- Support the creation and updating of product bundles or promotional listings
Campaign & Voucher Management
- Coordinate with the marketing team on upcoming campaigns, sales events, and product launches
- Set up and manage platform campaigns, discount vouchers, and promotional mechanics on the backend
- Monitor campaign performance, ensuring all vouchers and promotions are active, accurate, and compliant with platform guidelines
- Prepare post-campaign reports and assist in analyzing sales performance
Order & Customer Coordination Support
- Ensure timely updating of order status, fulfillment tracking, and product availability
- Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams for order processing and issue resolution
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in improving the online shopping experience
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare daily or weekly shop performance reports (sales, traffic, campaign results)
- Maintain organized backend records for vouchers, campaigns, and product updates
- Support data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed by the E-Commerce Manager
