The E-Commerce Specialist / Junior Manager is responsible for executing day-to-day operations and driving online sales performance for five FMCG brands across key e-commerce platforms, specifically TikTok Shop, Lazada Philippines, and Shopee Philippines. This role focuses on seamless store operations, digital merchandising, and the execution of promotional campaigns that align with brand and commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will combine a hands-on operational approach with a data-driven mindset to optimize product visibility, assist in campaign planning, and ensure an excellent consumer shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Operations & Store Maintenance
  • Daily Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee for all 5 brands.
  • Listing Optimization: Execute product uploads and optimize listings for SEO, accuracy, and conversion (titles, descriptions, pricing, and visual assets).
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to prevent out-of-stock scenarios and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Tool Utilization: Set up and manage platform-specific promotional tools, including vouchers, bundles, flash sales, and free shipping incentives.
Campaign Execution & Support
  • Mega Campaigns: Assist in the planning and drive the execution of seasonal and double-day campaigns (e.g., 6.6, 11.11, Super Brand Days).
  • Marketing Alignment: Deploy promotional assets and coordinate platform setups in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Platform Liaison: Coordinate with platform category assistants/managers to secure campaign slots, banner placements, and flash sale features.
Data Analytics & Competitor Tracking
  • Performance Reporting: Gather and compile weekly/monthly data on sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS across all stores.
  • Insight Generation: Identify trends and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches, providing routine updates to the commercial team.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Content Support
  • Internal Alignment: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • TikTok Ecosystem Support: Coordinate with external agencies, affiliates, or content creators for TikTok Shop live selling setups, video assets, and KOL seeding.
Customer Experience Management
  • Store Health: Monitor store ratings, reviews, and chat response rates to ensure platform metrics remain excellent.
  • Escalation Handling: Coordinate with logistics and customer care teams to quickly resolve complex customer inquiries or fulfillment issues.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operational management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience operating backend dashboards for TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is strictly required.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of e-commerce platform mechanics, search algorithms, on-platform ads, and promotional tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables) for data extraction and report generation.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the agility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with TikTok live-streaming operations, affiliate management, or basic graphic adjustment is a strong plus.
