Job Description
- Create and implement the E-commerce processes that drive its success, ensuring a structured, scalable approach to operations, marketing, and customer engagement
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website, including product updates, inventory, and promotions
- Plan and execute strategies to drive website/store traffic, increase conversions, and grow revenue
- Optimize the look, feel, and functionality of the website to create a user-friendly and seamless shopping experience
- Work with the other teams to coordinate online campaign activities, such as email promotions, social media ads, and search engine marketing
- Monitor sales, website/store performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Assist with handling customer inquiries and resolving issues directly through the ecommerce platform to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Provide training and guidance to customer service representatives to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment
- Regularly report on website performance, sales trends, and other key metrics
- And other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online sales
- Experience managing an online store or marketplace (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)
- Proficiency in managing platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok or other E-commerce platforms
- Ability to track and interpret ecommerce performance metrics
- Familiarity with retail, consumer goods, or fitness-related brands is an advantage
