As an E-Commerce Product Catalog Specialist, you'll manage the details that make extensive digital catalogs work-from attribution and classification to mapping, validation, imagery, and content quality.   • Salary: PHP 40,000 to PHP 45,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce product content, product catalog management, product data management, product enrichment, or digital merchandising
  • Proven experience managing online product catalogs and listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, categories, variants, images, and other product information
  • Strong experience in product enrichment, classification, categorization, mapping, attribution, and data quality validation
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, CMS, PIM, marketplace platforms, or product data management systems
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, Salsify, Akeneo, Contentful, or similar platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on product data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and content quality
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and recommend product content and enrichment process improvements

Your Daily Tasks

  • Create, enrich, and publish product records within agreed timelines, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and consistent
  • Improve product titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery, and supporting content to strengthen discoverability, engagement, and conversion
  • Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional eCommerce, merchandising, and marketplace teams to resolve product data issues and align enrichment priorities with launches and campaigns
  • Complete product mapping, attribution, classification, and categorization in line with established product and content standards
  • Validate live product pages to confirm correct display, accurate information, and compliance with quality standards
  • Identify and resolve content gaps, inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and customer experience or compliance issues
  • Conduct regular product content reviews and recommend further enrichment opportunities
  • Support taxonomy, filtering, and category structures to improve product visibility across search and browse experiences
  • Work with suppliers to obtain complete product information, digital assets, and outstanding content requirements
  • Guide suppliers on enrichment standards, product content expectations, and launch information
  • Recommend improvements to enrichment workflows, templates, and processes to strengthen efficiency and product quality
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to supplier guides, enrichment standards, and internal training materials
  • Support initiatives that improve content compliance, operational consistency, and team performance
  • Use product information, eCommerce, CMS, collaboration, and digital content platforms to manage product data and online content
