Job Goal
Support the operational efficiency and performance of various sales channels by executing key tasks such as store maintenance, data tracking, competitor analysis, and promotion monitoring. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the strategic growth of the channels.
Core activities
- Perform routine checks on channel KPIs (e.g., refund rate, seller score), delivery time, and product content.
- Track and compile statistics related to channel, including brand sales, monthly costs, traffic and conversion rate data, etc.
- Assist Account Managers in planning and executing store updates for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other channels.
- Conduct performance tracking of channel stores and propose update strategies based on insights.
- Perform competitor analysis, including promotional activity reviews, visibility analysis, and content research. Present findings and actionable recommendations in presentation format.
- Support product promotion activities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to select monthly promoted products.
- Create tickets and validate the live status of promotional products.
- Track and analyze promotion results; provide insights and optimization suggestions.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader.
