Position: E-commerce Operations Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Walmart Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of a high-volume Walmart account with approximately
600 listings and $200,000 in monthly sales.
The role will primarily focus on Walmart Seller Center, including listings, reports, bulk listing tools, account issues, and overall marketplace management. The person will also oversee the company's
eBay and Etsy accounts, which generate approximately an additional $60,000 per month combined.
Walmart Seller Center experience is a MUST. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of marketplace operations and reporting progress to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Walmart Marketplace account and overall account performance.
- Maintain and manage approximately 600 Walmart product listings.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Work with Walmart Seller Center reports and bulk listing tools.
- Monitor and resolve Walmart account issues and marketplace-related problems.
- Monitor account health, performance, and compliance.
- Identify and follow up on issues affecting listings, sales, or account performance.
- Manage and maintain eBay and Etsy accounts.
- Coordinate with the advertising agency, Walmart advertising representative, and Walmart account manager.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates on completed work, ongoing issues, and priorities.
- Take ownership of assigned marketplace tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
- Track marketplace-related projects, issues, and follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly with the internal team and external partners.
- Stay organized while managing multiple marketplace responsibilities.
Requirements
- MUST have strong hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center.
- MUST be comfortable managing listings, reports, bulk listing tools, and Walmart account issues.
- MUST have experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and e-commerce account management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable participating in weekly meetings with external partners and reporting progress.
- Experience with eBay is a plus.
- Experience with Etsy is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and managing a high-volume marketplace account.
