- Responsible for product collection and setup, visual merchandising, pricing, page management, content updates, sales destinations, and featured shops based on inventory needs and marketing priorities.
- Supports day-to-day store updates. Responsible for posting and displaying of the products, making sure that all links are working.
- Ensures that the online store continuously runs smoothly, always respond to emails/chats as well as answer phone messages from both customers and suppliers in 24 hours or less.
- Responsible for warehouse accuracy, timely order fulfillment, product shipments, and providing receipts.
- Responsible for creating the schedule for the cut-off of the order filling and payment for the day to ensure the buyer receives the products in a timely manner.
- Responsible for keeping a database of the inventory. Always know what products need to be replenished or changed.
- Coordinates with a logistics company as well as the suppliers and manufacturers of the products they provide.
- In charge of the promotion of the store and responsible for the sales as well. Always think of ways to attract more customers or work with a Digital Marketing Professional to promote the store.
- Ensures generation and timely submission of departmental reports and other relevant reports.
- Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carries out quality improvement activities and functions as Online Store Manager as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related course.
- Must be experienced in eCommerce/account management; experience utilizing digital and eCommerce platforms.
- With experience in the set-up and selling in Lazada and/or Shopee and other online selling platforms.
- Skilled in Computer and SEO.
- Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Can work onsite daily.
- Can start immediately.
