E-Commerce Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage Online Store Operations

• Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (website, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), ensuring products are live, pricing is accurate, and inventory is updated.

Product Listing & Merchandising

• Upload and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, keywords, SEO).
• Ensure product pages follow brand guidelines and drive conversions.

Sales & Performance

• Monitoring Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and recommend improvements to increase revenue.

Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Implement online campaigns, flash sales, and platform promotions.
• Coordinate with marketing and creatives to ensure timely rollouts.

Customer Experience & Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with the Customer Service Representative to address customer concerns, monitor feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive online shopping experience.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Experience in product listing, including writing descriptions, uploading images, and applying basic SEO practices
• Familiarity with sales tracking, reporting, and performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates)
• Strong attention to detail, especially in pricing, inventory, and product information accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic understanding of online campaigns, promotions, and marketplace tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus
• Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Quezon City
