Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

The E-Commerce Officer is responsible for driving online sales growth, establishing an impactful digital storefront presence, and expanding the brand's distribution network across electronic channels. Acting as the primary owner of the company's e-commerce operations, this role oversees end-to-end platform management, technical store performance, visual merchandising, order fulfillment pipelines, and data-driven marketing growth strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Drive the consistent achievement of established e-commerce revenue and sales targets.
  • Monitor and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tactics to maximize traffic value and increase online transaction volumes.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design digital promotional initiatives and pricing strategies tailored to specific online market segments.

2. Platform Presence & Technical Store Management

  • Establish, manage, and continuously update official online stores across major e-commerce marketplaces and web platforms.
  • Execute global mirroring of platform systems to maintain operational consistency, unified branding, and catalog accuracy across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage technical marketplace expertise to optimize product listings, metadata descriptions, visual assets, and storefront search settings.

3. Digital Marketing Growth & Search Performance

  • Spearhead search visibility efforts by deploying effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to drive targeted organic and paid traffic.
  • Track and manage digital advertising budgets, evaluating return on ad spend (ROAS) alongside overall digital storefront performance.

4. Operations, Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment

  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing, packaging, and dispatch of customer shipments.
  • Maintain tight control over online stock levels through proactive inventory management, mitigating stockouts or excessive overstocking.

5. Analytics & Data Literacy

  • Perform continuous performance tracking by collecting, translating, and reporting web traffic, consumer behaviors, sales channels, and campaign metrics.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to discover operational bottlenecks, evaluate storefront performance gaps, and formulate actionable optimization plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical & Knowledge Competencies

  • Deep technical platform knowledge and practical marketplace expertise managing mainstream e-commerce applications and architectures.
  • Clear capability in managing digital marketing growth funnels, particularly utilizing SEO and SEM structures.
  • Advanced orientation towards Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) frameworks and user journey pathing.
  • Strong data literacy with analytical tools to execute detailed e-commerce performance tracking.
  • Functional understanding of supply chain logic, covering online order fulfillment patterns and inventory tracking strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology (IT).
  • Experience: Must possess 2 to 4 years of solid, relevant working experience directly handling e-commerce operations or digital storefront management.
