E-Commerce Officer (Beauty)

The E-Commerce Officer will oversee the development, execution, and performance of the brands under our Beauty Division in Rustans.com, online marketplace (i.e., Lazada) and social media platforms to enhance customer experience and drive sales. He/she will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in managing the promotional activities and E-Commerce operations of the brands to ensure its alignment with objectives and improvement of local E-Commerce functionality and sales performance.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related field

Experience

• At least 3-5 years experience in E-Commerce/Digital Operations
• Experience in managing E-Commerce, brand website, and online marketplace

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge and experience in E-Commerce including system flow between E-Commerce engines, Order Management System (OMS), payment gateway, etc.
• Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new system/tools
• Action-oriented
