Overview:
We are seeking an E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist to support the execution, optimisation, and quality assurance of promotional and merchandising activity across our digital retail platforms. This role combines commercial, analytical, and operational expertise to support performance reporting, promotional pricing execution, competitor analysis, stock availability monitoring, and onsite content accuracy.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and data-driven, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, engaging, and high-performing customer experiences. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaigns and onsite assets are executed seamlessly, pricing and promotional activity remain compliant, and performance insights are leveraged to support trading and merchandising decisions across the marketplace ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Commercial Insights:
- Support the preparation and distribution of weekly and ad hoc performance reporting across owned assets, promotional campaigns, and retail media activity.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular homepage audits to confirm all content is live, accurate, and functioning as intended post-updates.
- Maintain pricing compliance by verifying SKUs featured across assets are aligned and consistent with promotional callouts.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate any content, layout, or functionality issues to support a seamless customer experience.
Stock Availability Monitoring
- Perform weekly stock-on-hand (SOH) reviews for WMP to confirm product availability and ensure optimal inventory levels for featured items.
Competitor Analysis
- Track competitor websites to assess pricing, promotional strategies, and emerging trends, supporting WMP's market competitiveness.
Promotional Pricing Management
- Manage promotional pricing setup in the CRM system to guarantee timely activation and accurate display during campaign periods.
