Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven E-Commerce Product Data & Marketplace Specialist to manage product information, marketplace launches, inventory feeds, and compliance coordination across multiple online retail partners.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, compliant, and launched on time across all ecommerce platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Data, Sales, Purchasing, Vendor Management, and external marketplace partners to maintain clean, structured, and revenue-driving assortments.

This position requires full-time onsite work and the ability to manage multiple launches, data updates, and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Compliance & Issue Resolution

  • Communicate additional product field requirements and compliance updates to internal teams
  • Coordinate required marketplace attributes, compliance tags, and supplier certifications
  • Review and resolve listing clarity issues to prevent buyer claims

Cross-Functional Product Data Support

  • Own product data structure, accuracy, and cleanliness across ecommerce channels
  • Maintain product setup in PIM including packaging, labeling, assembly instructions, and legal documentation
  • Prepare internal product selection materials for Sales
  • Respond to Customer Service product data inquiries

Inventory Feeds & Partner Reporting

  • Set up E-commerce Program customers to receive inventory feeds
  • Ensure inventory feeds align with ERP levels and promotional pricing rules
  • Manage discontinued SKU handling and inventory-driven catalog removals
  • Build quarterly merchandising and sales performance reports

Listing Content & Attribute Accuracy

  • Deliver complete SKU data sheets, imagery links, pricing files, and specifications
  • Enhance listings with SEO keywords, care instructions, disclaimers, and compliance notes
  • Audit listings for pricing, dimensions, imagery, formatting, and marketplace standards
  • Execute listing corrections and specification updates

Marketplace Launch & Assortment Execution

  • Upload and launch new SKUs across ecommerce partners (Wayfair, Perigold, Houzz, Lulu & Georgia, Anthropologie, etc.)
  • Manage partner onboarding templates and structured uploads (SPS Commerce, Logicbroker feeds)
  • Coordinate seasonal launches, new product additions, and assortment expansions
  • Maintain ERP cross-references and partner system accuracy
  • Serve as operational point of contact for marketplace assortment and compliance matters

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing ecommerce product data and SKU-level detail
  • Experience launching products on major ecommerce or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with PIM systems, ERP systems, and feed management tools
  • Experience working with Logicbroker, SPS Commerce, or similar structured upload systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of SKU setup, attribute mapping, and compliance documentation
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and bulk uploads
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite
