E-Commerce Marketing Strategist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Strategist to lead and execute growth-focused marketing initiatives for an online furniture e-commerce platform specializing in curated furniture package bundles rather than individual product sales. This role requires a strategic marketer who can independently develop and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in e-commerce performance marketing, understands customer acquisition strategies, and can take ownership of campaign planning and execution rather than simply following instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive e-commerce sales and improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
- Analyze current marketing performance, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements to increase conversions
- Build customer acquisition, retargeting, and conversion funnel strategies tailored for high-ticket e-commerce purchases
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to refine targeting strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative direction, promotional campaigns, product positioning, and content strategy
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, messaging, and user journey to improve conversion performance
- Recommend and implement email marketing, retargeting, and remarketing initiatives where applicable
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations
Required Skill & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce digital marketing, preferably with consumer product or furniture/home décor brands
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads,
- TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Instagram marketing
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable e-commerce sales and improving ad performance metrics
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, customer journey mapping, and sales funnel strategy
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business
- Suite, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms
- Ability to independently develop marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with retargeting, email marketing automation, and customer segmentation is
- highly preferred

Preferred Experience
- Experience marketing high-ticket products or furniture/home/lifestyle e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and digital storefront management tools
- Experience working with bundled product offerings or curated online retail experiences
