An E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing a companys online sales channels, including e-commerce websites and local marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The role focuses on driving sales, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of online stores (website and marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., double-digit sales like 11.11, 12.12)
Monitor store performance, traffic, and conversion rates
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
Handle platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads)
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for order fulfillment and delivery
Manage customer service processes (chat responses, returns, refunds)
Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability
Work with marketing teams on promotions, vouchers, and social media campaigns
Maintain high store ratings and compliance with platform policies
Qualifications (Philippines Setting)Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related course
Experience
35 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
Hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop seller accounts
Experience in handling online campaigns and sales events (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11)
