E-commerce/Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven E-commerce Operations professional to oversee the day-to-day management of our online store. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations across order processing, inventory management, customer service, and coordination with logistics and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce store, including order fulfillment, returns, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, prices, and stock availability
• Monitor and improve website performance and user experience (UX) in coordination with the marketing .
• Track and analyze key metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, return rates, etc.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries related to e-commerce transactions
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns, flash sales, and product launches
• Optimize backend processes for efficiency and scalability
• Maintain relationships with third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc)
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or online retail management
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc.)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven with a good understanding of key e-commerce metrics
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
