Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the company's Affiliate (marketing) channel operations.
Find, expand, and maintain resources from 3C KOLs/KOCs/content creators.
Negotiate cooperation models (commission sharing, CPS, CPA, etc.).
Follow up on influencer promotion performance, optimize conversion rates and ROI.
Monitor affiliate backend data, analyze promotion performance, and provide optimization suggestions.
Maintain cooperative relationships and increase influencer repurchase rates.
Pay attention to industry trends and competitor promotion strategies, and develop growth plans.

Qualifcations

1-2 years of affiliate business development experience preferred
Familiar with backend seller center operations on platforms like TikTok and Shopee
Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills
Strong data analysis skills, familiar with basic ad placement and conversion logic
Good English communication skills
