We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Key Account Supervisor to lead and grow our online sales channels across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Performance
- Drive monthly GMV growth across all e-commerce platforms
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns (e.g., double-digit sales, payday, mega campaigns)
- Monitor product performance and recommend pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies
- Improve conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases
- Ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI (target: 3x ROAS or better)
Marketplace Management & Store Health
- Maintain store ratings of 4.5 and above
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Monitor and keep Order Defect Rate below 1%
- Ensure accuracy of product listings (pricing, specs, descriptions, images)
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and recurring issues
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Lead participation in all major marketplace campaigns
- Develop and manage a monthly promotional calendar
- Execute vouchers, bundles, flash sales, and paid ads coordination
- Conduct A/B testing for listings, pricing, and promotions
- Support new product launches and clearance strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Marketing (ads, creatives, campaigns)
- Fulfillment (stock availability, delivery SLA)
- Inventory/Inbound (SKU readiness)
- Customer Support (feedback and insights)
- Ensure alignment between sales campaigns and inventory levels
- Flag slow-moving items and recommend clearance or liquidation plans
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and guide e-commerce team members
- Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
- Develop SOPs for store management and campaign execution
- Build a results-driven and accountable team culture
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management
- Strong knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations
- Experience handling campaigns, ads, and promotions
- Analytical mindset (comfortable with GMV, ROAS, conversion rates)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team leadership or supervision is an advantage
