Job Title: eCommerce Key Account Manager

Educational Qualifications

Experience Level

13 years of relevant experience in eCommerce account management or marketplace operations
Minimum of 1 year experience managing Lazada, Shopee, and/or TikTok Shop

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong account management and client relationship skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Knowledgeable in marketplace in-app marketing tools and campaign enrollments
Familiar with platform policies, guidelines, and restrictions
Ability to set up and optimize online stores from the ground up, including ongoing monthly optimization
Basic knowledge of live selling features is an advantage (not required)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in reporting, monitoring performance metrics, and data analysis

Responsibilities & Duties

Manage and grow assigned client accounts across eCommerce platforms
Ensure proper store setup, campaign enrollment, and performance optimization
Maintain strong, positive client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Monitor store performance and recommend data-driven improvements
Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns and resolve operational concerns
