Role Description
The E-Commerce Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Muntinlupa City. This position is responsible for developing and executing the Company's overall e-commerce strategy to drive sustainable online sales growth, profitability, and customer engagement across all digital commerce channels.
The role leads the management of online marketplaces, brand-owned websites, digital merchandising, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer experience initiatives. Working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Finance, and Customer Service teams, the E-Commerce Head ensures seamless end-to-end online operations while identifying new business opportunities that strengthen the Company's digital presence and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company's overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of all online sales channels, including marketplaces and brand-owned websites.
- Drive online sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Optimize product assortment, online content, search visibility, and the overall customer journey across digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer service.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners, digital agencies, and third-party service providers.
- Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports for senior management.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging digital trends, and innovative technologies to enhance business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the E-Commerce team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, digital merchandising, customer journey management, and omnichannel retail operations.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth through data-driven strategies and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and online campaign execution.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with Marketing, IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa City.
