Job Description

What You'll Do

We are looking for a data-driven Performance & Marketplace Growth Manager to own paid acquisition, TikTok Shop growth, and key marketplace initiatives across Shopee and Lazada. This role will play a critical part in driving traffic, conversion, and GMV through performance marketing, LIVE selling, creator partnerships, and continuous optimization across the full funnel.

Key Responsibility Areas

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Own performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV
  • Manage media budgets and provide regular performance reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and formats

TikTok Shop

  • Own the TikTok Shop growth strategy, driving traffic, conversion, and GMV
  • Manage TikTok Shop Ads (Product Ads, LIVE Ads, Affiliate Ads)
  • Build and scale creator and affiliate programs to drive consistent sales
  • Plan and execute LIVE selling campaigns, including hosts, scripts, promos, and schedules
  • Track TikTok Shop KPIs including GMV, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and affiliate contribution

Shopee & Lazada

  • Support growth initiatives on Shopee and Lazada, including campaign participation, promos, and traffic-driving activities
  • Coordinate on-platform ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) with Commercial team to improve visibility and conversion
  • Analyze marketplace performance (traffic, conversion, sales uplift) and recommend optimizations

Growth & Optimization

  • Analyze full-funnel performance and identify opportunities across acquisition to retention
  • Run structured experiments and A/B tests across channels and formats
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Work with Commercial and Ops teams to ensure listings, pricing, and stock availability support campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years experience in growth, performance, or D2C marketing
  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid media and TikTok Shop
  • Strong understanding of TikTok content culture, LIVE selling, and affiliate ecosystems
  • Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Shop Seller Center
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or agency partners
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
