About The Role
Suddora is looking for a sharp and highly adaptable
E-Commerce EA. This is a chaotic, fast-paced role where you will wear multiple hats and solve problems on the fly. You will directly support operations and growth in the US market.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries with speed, precision, and top-tier professionalism.
- Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations, logistics, inventory tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with managing email campaigns, scheduling, and list segmentation.
- Help manage social media accounts, schedule posts, engage with the community, and support basic marketing initiatives.
- Handle all other executive assistant tasks and take ownership of high-priority ad-hoc projects independently.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with US e-commerce brands and consumers.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms, helpdesks, and email tools.
- You learn fast, think critically, and don't need hand-holding.
- You thrive in unstructured, shifting environments and can bring order to mess.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication.
