We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative o provide excellent customer service and support our growing e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in handling customer inquiries, and is comfortable working with online tools and platforms.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and order-related issues
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies
- Manage and organize customer support tickets using Zendesk or similar tools
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds through Shopify
- Collaborate with the team via Slack and other communication platforms
- Maintain a positive and helpful brand voice in all interactions
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills (required)
- Proven experience answering customer emails (required)
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar email support tools (required)
- Experience using Shopify (required)
- Background in e-commerce customer support (required)
- Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be available consistently, 7 days a week
