Role Summary
We are looking for a high-impact E-commerce & Brand Manager to build and scale our Philippines online business from the ground up. This role will lead e-commerce GMV growth and digital brand building across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, driving both performance marketing and integrated brand campaigns.
You will work closely with regional stakeholders while owning local execution, team management, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Drive GMV, AOV, and order growth through performance marketing and campaign optimization
- Localize and execute integrated brand campaigns for the Philippine market
- Plan and manage KOL/KOC, influencer, and livestream strategies
- Lead and manage a local team of content creators and campaign executives
- Coordinate with supply chain teams on inventory planning, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor competitors, track campaign performance daily, and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or e-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop
- Proven track record in GMV growth (experience managing USD 500k+ monthly GMV is a strong advantage)
- Solid digital marketing and performance marketing experience
- Fluent in English for regional collaboration
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a 0–1 growth mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
