AT A GLANCE
The E-Commerce Associate is the dedicated channel owner for Sunnies Studios across web and marketplace storefronts. This role is responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance, from listing accuracy and catalog maintenance to promotional execution and daily sales monitoring.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Product Catalog and Listing Management
- Own the end-to-end product catalog – SKU creation, listing setup, content updates, pricing accuracy, and inventory status
- Ensure all product pages meet platform quality standards – titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and category tagging
- Conduct regular listing audits to catch outdated content, broken images, or pricing discrepancies before they affect sales
- Coordinate with the Brand Team to source approved product copy and imagery for new and refreshed listings
Promotional Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage all promotional mechanics on Shopee, Lazada, and the Sunnies website – vouchers, flash sales, bundles, and brand campaigns
- Follow the promotional calendar set by the Brand Team and Assistant Manager – executing all mechanics within agreed lead times
- Conduct pre-launch checks for every campaign such as pricing mechanics, landing pages, asset trafficking, and inventory availability
- Monitor campaign performance in real time during go-live periods – flagging and resolving issues immediately
Sales and Performance Tracking
- Track daily and weekly GMV for your assigned brand – monitoring against targets and flagging gaps to the Assistant Manager
- Monitor conversion rates, add-to-cart rates, and return rates by product and platform – identifying underperforming listings
- Contribute brand-level data to the weekly and monthly performance reporting cycle
- Recommend listing, pricing, or promotional adjustments based on observed performance trends
Inventory and Supply Coordination
- Monitor stock levels for your brand's top-selling and promotional SKUs – flagging low stock and OOS risks to Inventory and Supply
- Align campaign planning with inventory availability – no promotions go live on SKUs with insufficient stock
- Update listing availability and inventory flags in real time as stock status changes
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with Brand Team to stay ahead of upcoming launches, product updates, and campaign requirements
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing on ad-to-page alignment for paid campaigns
- Support Social Commerce when brand content or product information is needed for TikTok or affiliate activations
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of e-commerce operations or digital channel management experience
- Hands on experience with at least one marketplace platform – Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, or a comparable platform
- Detail-oriented with a strong track record of accurate, on-time execution
- Basic commercial instincts
- Preferably has experience managing a product catalog for a consumer brand – beauty, fashion, lifestyle or F&B
- Preferably has familiarity with basic e-commerce analytics: conversion rate, GMV, impressions, and click-through rate
- Preferably has experience running marketplace promotions: flash sales, vouchers, bundle mechanics
- Preferably has exposure to web CMS for product listing management
