E-commerce Associate

We are looking for a data-driven E-Commerce Specialist to support the growth and performance of our Webstore and online marketplaces, including Lazada and Shopee. The role will manage e-commerce campaigns, product assortment, pricing, inventory, and promotions to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor BAU, Payday, Mega Sales (9.9, 11.11, 12.12), product launches, and other e-commerce campaigns.
• Manage product assortment, availability, pricing, and promotional mechanics across online platforms.
• Monitor sales, inventory, stock coverage, and product performance to support campaign and business requirements.
• Conduct competitor and market price monitoring and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Set up and manage vouchers, flash sales, bundles, and other platform promotions.
• Track key e-commerce metrics such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, traffic, and buyers.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce, Brand, Warehouse/Logistics teams, and platform Key Account Managers (KAMs) to maximize campaign execution and visibility.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales and overall e-commerce performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Product Management, or Campaign Management.
• Experience with Shopify, Lazada Seller Center, and Shopee Seller Center is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the Philippine e-commerce landscape and major online shopping events.
• Experience handling high-value products or electronics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Apple/Microsoft applications, analytics, or project management tools is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
