E-Commerce Assistant

Providing an exceptional customer service and retail assistant within the online flatform (LAZADA, Shopee & Zilingo).

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage Ecommerce Flat forms (LAZADA, Shopee & Zilingo)
• Lazada Sales Marketing (Enrollment of Products, Uploading,
• Ensuring Prices are competitive by checking with other competitors
• Responsible for Stock allocation , Monitoring stock levels,
• Sending Daily sales report
• Creating Month-end sales report
• Monitoring order fulfillment and collections
• Manage Claims (returns, claims by forwarder)
• Manage orders and delegate to warehouse for order fulfillment
• Ensuring payments of Lazada are received on time
• Sales reconciliation
• Responsible for reporting of discrepancy in Lazada finance team
• Answer customer inquiries Thru Lazada chat
• Promote Lazada account in lazada application FEED by posting and uploading campaigns and promos.
• Monitor stocks with other consignments, requesting stocks inventory and sales report.
• Monitor deliveries of FBL stocks in Lazada warehouse
• Ensure all delivered FBL items are complete stocks reconcilation
• Assist operations in terms of acquiring permits for bazaar schedules
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate of any Business Course
• With at least 2 years work experience in retail operation
• Previous experience in using an E-commerce platform such as LAZADA, Shopee
• A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willing to be work in Rockwell Makati.
