Your Role
As an
E-commerce Assistant, you will:
- Manage product data by copying, formatting, and cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets using V-Lookups for bulk uploading.
- Execute product updates, including editing attributes, refreshing imagery, and ensuring accurate categorization across the website.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to source high-quality product data and creative assets.
- Implement digital merchandising strategies to ensure best sellers and campaign-specific content are featured on landing pages.
- Support site integrity by performing testing and generating ad hoc reports to meet all product-related KPIs.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with V-Lookup and data manipulation).
- Previous experience in Data Entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English (UK).
- Successful completion of Year 10 Secondary School (minimum) or a University degree in a related discipline.
- Proven ability to work toward strict deadlines and exceed performance targets.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Magento 2 is highly preferred).
- Basic image editing skills and a solid understanding of web image formats.
- Experience using FTP and RapidFlow for bulk website uploads.
- Background in digital marketing or e-commerce campaign scheduling.
- Strong research skills to ensure first to market product releases.
