Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: Uploading new products, updating descriptions, images, pricing, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly.
- Order Fulfillment: Processing orders, generating shipping labels, coordinating with delivery vendors, managing returns, and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
