Role Description The E-Commerce & Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bacoor. This role is responsible for supporting daily e-commerce operations, including monitoring online store performance, updating product listings, tracking inventory, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience. The associate will assist with financial tasks such as preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting financial reporting, tracking sales and expenses, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for e-commerce transactions. Additional responsibilities include analyzing e-commerce data, preparing regular performance and finance reports, and contributing to process improvements that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and experience working with Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting financial and e-commerce data.
• Candidates should possess Financial Reporting skills, including preparation and review of reports for internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the beauty industry and alignment with GRWM Cosmetics values of inclusivity, authenticity, and ethical practices are an advantage.
