Job Description
We are looking for E-Commerce Account Agent to support customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while delivering excellent service across multiple channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate product and pricing information
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on retail systems, tools, and processes
Qualifications
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
