About the Role
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Support and Operations Specialist to join our Dynamics Center of Excellence (DCoE). In this role, you will be a key contributor in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
You will work closely with Enterprise Application teams, IT partners, and business stakeholders to provide high-quality support, maintain system integrity, and enhance the overall user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dynamics professional who enjoys problem-solving, operational ownership, and working in a collaborative, enterprise-scale environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver world-class application support
- Assist with Dynamics 365 administration, including configuration and operational tasks
- Create and maintain clear documentation for support processes, configurations, and procedures
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance
- Support change management initiatives, including testing, releases, and feature deployments
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or operating Dynamics 365 environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 modules, and Power Platform technologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with system administration, maintenance, and operational support
- Understanding of data management, security, and compliance best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation standards
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) and/or MB-910 (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM) are highly preferred
