Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or F&O) customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports within Dynamics 365.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Azure, or third-party applications).
  • Develop custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Dynamics 365 performance and data processes.
  • Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and development processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics releases, tools, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 35+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Finance & Operations).
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and SSRS reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
