Job Description

Area Of Responsibility

  • Provides technical support for MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user issues and ensuring system functionality.
  • Perform regular updates and maintenance to keep the system running smoothly.
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems, including performing root cause analysis
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of Business Central
  • Administration of microsoft business central environment
  • Manage and support integrations with other systems and third-party applications
  • Coordinate and collaborate with customer users, IT and internal support
  • Propose and implement system improvements to enhance performance and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Background

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Has 3-5 years demonstrated experience with MS Dynamics365 Business Central
  • Strong understanding of business and financial processes
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CE ticketing system tool
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
