JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Dutch and English Language.
Open to Bachelor's degree holders, Associate degree holders, undergraduates, and vocational course graduates.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required,
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, chat, letters, fax, mail, social media, and other channels using Dutch and English.
Assist and communicate with Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
Prepare, update, and distribute reports, correspondence, and translations in Dutch and English as needed.
Conduct basic data analysis and review information to identify and resolve customer-related concerns.
Perform other related tasks.
