Job Description:
The Value Enablement Manager is accountable for driving disciplined execution of priority Value Enablement programs that improve commercial performance and value realization. This role establishes the operating rhythm, governance structure, and cross-functional coordination needed to move initiatives from strategy to measurable business impact.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in business operations, program execution, commercial operations, finance, sales performance, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience coordinating business initiatives, workstreams, or programs with clear milestones, owners, risks, and follow-through.
Experience translating leadership priorities into structured workplans and leadership-ready materials, including milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, decision points, status updates, and executive summaries. Experience coordinating team operating routines, including meeting cadence, agendas, action items, status updates, and follow-ups.
Experience interpreting data and translating insights into clear narratives, recommendations, and leadership-ready materials, with proficiency in Excel.
Strong business judgment, with the ability to understand team priorities, connect execution activities to intended outcomes, and identify risks or trade-offs that require leadership attention.
Execution-oriented mindset, with strong follow-through, accountability, and ability to prioritize work and manage dependencies.
Ability to simplify complexity, clearly communicate risks and recommendations, support leadership alignment, and drive progress within the team.
Understanding of Accenture sales process and systems and/or Accenture Finance and/or Pricing experience
Continuous improvement mindset, including curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, simplify workflows, accelerate analysis, and scale repeatable work.
Experience managing stakeholders and influencing without direct authority, including setting priorities, coordinating work, and ensuring accountability for deliverables within the team.
Ability to work in an agile, adaptable manner, adjusting plans, priorities, and operating routines as needs evolve.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate unknowns to create a clear workplan.
